Sissinghurst Gardens, probably the most famous in Britain. Leeds Castle, fairytale setting on a lake. Canterbury the ecclesiastical capital of Britain and its magnificent Cathedral.

Northwest-wards

A day in the Cotswolds, Chipping Camden, The Slaughters, Bourton on the Water, Sezincote House & Gardens, Barnsley House Gardens home of Rosemary Verey one of the great garden designers of the present day. Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace, Holy Trinity Church, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Mary Arden’s House (wonderful talks on life in the 17th century), the Harvard House.
